End of 2016 and early 2017 I restored a 9 Ton truck. The truck was completely disassembled, exterior and interior, to check for existing rottenness, replace plating parts and add some electronic systems. The original doors and window frames were not used, it is reused the doors from another similar vehicle. After being dismantled, the truck went to the body repair technician to repair some surface rotten that existed. Then it was forwarded to the car painter. After painting, I started changing the electrical installation to put the central door locking and alarm system. As the alarm has the option of opening the trunk of the vehicle and the truck does not have a trunk, it was developed an electronic circuit to receive this signal to turn on the low beam during 30s. The heavy goods vehicles up to 9 Ton are not required the fuel cut (not to exceed 90 km/h), however, it is necessary to respect the speed and do not exceed the limit 90 km/h. As the speed limiters still have a high cost, I added a cruise control system, which was about 1/3 cheaper. It was designed an electronic circuit to delay turning off the cabin lights when closing the door. I also added new speakers and car radio. With the dashboard disassembled, I also proceeded to clean and disinfect the air duct system. The interiors panels went to the upholsterer to be upholstered again. The door rubbers were new, as well as the LED cab marker and the headlights.
Finally, a general was carried out, where it was detected that one of the rear wheel brake cylinder was damaged. It was disassembled the wheel brake cylinder and the damaged parts were replaced with the news. The oil and filters were changed, as well as it is replaced the ribbed drive belts.
It is changed the timing belt and the water pump. The car overhaul was also carried out with oil and filter changes.
It was installed an alarm with retractable key commands. It was designed an electronic circuit to delay turning off the internal lights when closing the door. The car overhaul was also carried out with oil and filter changes.
It was repaired the throttle body of a 1993 Nissan Micra Mk2.
It was installed the front parking sensors in a Peugeot 2008. A magnetic strip was used to avoid drilling holes in the front bumper. A new push-button has been added to the existing command panel. To be able to switch the system ON/OFF, an electronic circuit has been developed, which receives the pulse of the push button that turns on the system. At the same time, the push button light is also switched on to indicate the operation. To turn off the system, it is pressed the push-button again. During the development, thermal tests were performed on the developed electronic circuit.
